2008.11.19 - W.T.F.?!?! Team Building?!?!*

Pois, a minha reacção foi mesmo esta quando recebi um mail em Norueguês a convocar-me para o evento!

A coisa ficou ainda mais estranha quando a meio do mail li a palavrinha "spa"! Que raio! Ou a caramela que enviou o mail enganou-se a escrever ou spa tem outro significado em noruguês.

Google Translactor: traduzir "spa" de noruguês para inglês. Que raio: o significado é o mesmo!!!!!

E eis que chega o dia do "Team Building"!

Resumidamente:

Autocarro à porta da empresa, viagem de 1h30 até Holmsbu;

Almoco;

Breefing;

Brincadeira: construir um barco com caixas de cartão e fazer uma corrida**;

Tarde livre das 16h30 ás 20h (tudo á disposição: piscina, ginásio, spinning, jacuzzi e sauna);

Jantar (peixe + carne + sobremesa + vinhos)***;
"Combíbio";

No outro dia (6.ª feira), lá tive(mos) que gramar uma pseudo formação/secção de esclarecimentos em SAP, seguida de almoço e regresso a Kongsberg...

Agora querem saber a parte engraçada?!?!?

Consegui descobrir o preço MÍNIMO da brincadeira: NOK 4000 por cabeça...

Eramos 30/40...

Ainda falta juntar o consumo do bar...

** - não é que aquela cena flutua mesmo (impermeabilizado, é claro!)?

*** - terminou numa grande algazarra! Conseguiram numa brincadeira eleger a miúda com o melhor peito, com os melhores olhos e com as melhores pernas - e o gajo com o melhor rabo e MAIOR pau (nem quero saber!!!!!!)! Estavam todos literalmente histéricos!

Things got even more weird when at the middle of the mail was the tiny word "spa"! What a hell!? Rather the lady that wrote the email made a mistake or spa was a different meaning in norwegian.

Google Translactor: translate "spa" from norwegian to english. What a hell: spa means spa!!!!!

And "Team Building" day arrived!

To keep it simple:

Bus waiting for you at the company's entrance, 1h30 trip to Holmsbu;

Lunch;

Breefing;

Game: build a carton box BOAT and race with it*;

Afternoon "free" from 16h30 till 20h (swimpool, gym, spinning, jacuzzi and sauna);

Dinner (fish + meat + dessert + wine)**;

Bar;

Next day (friday) we had to justify our "work" by attending to a training on SAP, followed by lunch and trip back to Kongsberg...

Do you want to know the funny part?!?!?

I managed to find out the MINIMUM price for this: NOK 4000 per head...

We were 30/40...

The bill from the bar is still missing...(NOK 1 = 0,11341€)

** - the dinner finished in BIG style! They managed, in a harmfull joke, to elect the lady with the best chest, eyes and legs and the guywith the best ass and biggest "dick" (don't care and won't say anything else!!!)
