FACTS ABOUT CAR CROSS

Auto-cross racing is for everyone - the cars must be reasonable in the procurement. You can start to work out the year by filling in 15 years, and race of the year to fill 16. There is no requirement for driving in a car-cross.
You must solve the membership of a club affiliated with the NBF to solve the driver license. For juniors (under 19) to be a theoretical and practical courses passed before granting the license, for all over 18 years, only to fill out an application.

The car is used you must also display the license. Vehicle license must be renewed each year with new year control and license fee. It is also the control of the car before each race. It is the driver's responsibility that the car is under the technical regulations in a car cross.

The cost of the car cross held down by a bid rule in which all cars have a value of 8000 million. Anyone can bid, there are several who post on the same car, determined the sale through a lot. The car comes in the same condition it is ready for racing, except chair and seals and other personal safety equipment.

The first cars cross races in Norway was in 1981 at Hakavik motor court in Norway. Auto Racing branch was copied from "peoples race" in Finland and Sweden. It was a cheap version of Rallycross that had already been run for many years in this country.

The races can go both on closed courses and on restricted roads. The track is divided drivers into the heats with five or six riders and participants get points for what position they are in heat. Those with the best score after the preliminary rounds will run the final where the winner is decided. The closed roads and released a car in the track and the best time wins.
